Te Kupenga stone sculpture society is located in New Plymouth, New Zealand where members sculpt the local andesite boulders which originate from Mt Taranaki. The Society is a Registered Charitable Organisation and all positions in the club are held by volunteers. Biennial International S culpture Symposia Te Kupenga Stone Sculpture Society hosts biennial stone sculpture symposia on the New Plymouth New Zealand foreshore Sculpture Symposium Planning is now underway. We acknowledge our primary funder, TSB Community Trust, for its generous financial support and the New Plymouth District Council for cooperation and support to use the foreshore

The Te Kupenga International Stone Sculpture Symposium 2016 is now finished.
PAYMENTS Pay for rocks supplied by Te Kupenga at the rate advertised in the Club Rooms. Te Kupenga will provide accommodation free of charge for international artists only.
