It now provides both wireless and ultrafast broadband services UFB to thousands of business and rural customers in Taranaki. Initially PrimoWireless was developed as a solution to help rural Taranaki people and businesses who struggled to get access to fast broadband services. Knowing that wireless is the fastest broadband technology available to the rural community, IT specialist and managing director Matthew Harrison, set about building PrimoWireless' network from the ground up. Since incorporating the business in 2007 PrimoWireless has been growing rapidly which is down to our superior high speed broadband solutions, the high level of customer service we provide and the drive of the people behind the business. Above all Matt is extremely passionate about PrimoWireless and is committed to ensuring that PrimoWireless deliver the best broadband services to their customers.
Jason’s main role is to oversee our customer service teams, helpdesk and installations ensuring that customers get connected to PrimoWireless and aren’t left waiting for years. Jason is pretty passionate about his job and wouldn’t want to do anything else. However the thing he values most about working for Primo is being able to help people and rural communities to get fast internet into their area. When he’s not helping to connect people to PrimoWireless, Jason is busy spending time with his lovely wife and kids.
Hanan is all about the customers, and when he’s not helping customers directly, he works hard behind the scenes to set up routers for the connection team. Kelly believes the best thing about working about PrimoWireless is being part of a small passionate team who really care about providing quality products and the best customer service. Although he was born in Melbourne, Andrew is now 100 loving life in Taranaki, which is one of the reasons PrimoWireless snapped him up. What makes Andrew a really good wing man is that he enjoys the variety in his work and being able to get out and about to different sites around the region. Being part of a great team who are very much into technology is just one of the reasons Scott enjoys working for PrimoWireless.
He also loves getting out and about, visiting different parts of Taranaki and seeing the mountain nearly every day. He reckons the best thing about working for Primo is the people and seeing Taranaki close up and personal on a day to day basis
